Hi I'm Caroline, a Registered Dietitian based in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey. I offer online virtual consultations nationwide and face-to-face consultations in Surbiton, Kingston Upon Thames.

 

I hold an HCPC registration as a dietitian. My primary focus has always been the health and wellbeing of my clients. Having worked in a variety of different healthcare settings, I have gained a considerable amount of hands on experience and worked with a diverse range of clients.

 I strongly believe in tailoring my approach to each individual's unique needs to support their wellness goals.

My areas of expertise include weight management, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), plant-based diets, and women's health.

 

My personal journey of overcoming weight challenges has given me a unique perspective, allowing me to approach my work with empathy and understanding.

During my time in the NHS, I initiated the weight management group service for Central Surrey Health, and was awarded the title of Allied Health Professional of the Year, an accomplishment that I'm proud of.

I have a particular interest in gut health and the impact of diet manipulation for the management of conditions like IBS and diverticular disease. My skill in dietary manipulation enables me to assist clients in relieving uncomfortable gut symptoms and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Continuing education and specialisation are essential to me. I've completed specialised post-qualification training in diet and the management of conditions such as PCOS and the menopause. This additional training equips me to better assist women looking to optimise their health during significant life stages.
